Fixora Restorations was founded with a clear purpose: to change the way property damage is managed — from simply repairing what is visible to professionally assessing, remediating and restoring the property as a whole.
Founder Vikalp Chhabra’s journey began in property and asset management, where more than ten years of hands-on industry experience gave him first-hand exposure to the challenges property owners face following water damage, fire, mould, contamination and other unexpected property losses.
Working closely with property owners, tenants, contractors and insurers highlighted a recurring challenge: restoration projects often involved multiple contractors across assessment, drying, cleaning, remediation, demolition and reinstatement — leading to fragmented communication and uncertainty around who was managing the overall recovery. Vikalp saw an opportunity to create a more integrated approach.

Fixora combines practical property experience with IICRC training and certification, specialist restoration knowledge, professional assessment techniques and purpose-built equipment.
Our capabilities cover fire and smoke damage restoration, water and flood damage restoration, microbial and mould remediation, odour control and deodorisation, building moisture assessment, contents cleaning and restoration, carpet and upholstery cleaning, methamphetamine decontamination, and controlled demolition and strip-out services.
Our services are designed around the complete restoration lifecycle — from identifying and documenting damage through to remediation and preparing the property for recovery. Where reinstatement is required, Fixora can also coordinate appropriately qualified Licensed Building Practitioners, registered electrical professionals and plumbing professionals, providing a more streamlined pathway from damage to restoration.
